we have the same kind of friends..:) everytime I talk about fasting and flushing they either stare at me as if I am from outer space or look away and pretend they didnt hear me..

my bestfriend listens to me though and tries to do everything I tell her--but she is very busy...I just hope that she can prioritise her health more..

I will probably do your routine too.. 1/2 avocado with grapefruit/lemon (Sounds delish)
