or playing catch with your kids (if you have kids) !! enjoy the journey fasting should energize you otherwise.. just rest.. it was mentioned in this forum sveral times that there are ebbs/and flows while fasting.. at one point you think you can fly like superman the next day it seems someone put kryptonite beside you while you were sleeping (about the time when toxins are exiting).. so play it by the ear! enjoy!
