As you know, I'm dealing with a fairly suddenly chemical sensitivity. I've been on the failsafe diet per Faith's advice for about 2.5 wks now. Last week I started feeling better and gained 4 lbs back. But b/c I'm eating so many carbs and already have a yeast issue, I developed fungal ear infections (i've been dealing with these for yrs now and it always happens when I eat too much sugar/carbs).

So I treated my ears with a clove of garlic stuck in there (always works like a charm) and I also used some drops I have. While at first these things produced a little bit of head symptoms, after treating for several days, it's caused me to have the same bad symptoms again. And when I use these things in my ear, I immedately get the tension/tightness/headache and now my legs are becoming very sore.

I'm trying to not use these products, but an ear infection can turn bad/painful, eventually requiringn Antibiotics and I def. can't take those.

I'm really scared and upset that my progress has been reversed. So what does one do with chemical sensitivty and need medication?
