Wow... that is an intense regime. When I took Flagyl, I could barely last the two weeks. And I've told my doctor about suspecting parasites, but he doesn't think that's the cause. He mentioned ulcerative colitis. He says the long stringy things in my stool are actually my stomach lining and the large production of mucus is probably due to something like that as well. I brought him the pictures so he took a look... lol. I can't imagine he would give me a regime like this without concrete proof of parasites, so it's probably best to get the stool sample. Thank you for the information. It is very helpful.
