A tiny bit of background.. Have been Vegetarian, Vegan and now Paleo for diet. I have sensitivities to gluten, caffeine, nightshades and have Sugar as an addiction (mostly as too many sweet fruits now.). I am trying to recover my health and heal Leaky Gut, fight Candida (presented in rashes etc.), heal insulin resistance and Hypothyroidism. I prefer juicing and whole food over supplements but will medicate with supplements when needful. I believe that my system does not agree with many of the fillers in supplements. I was eating fermented veggies but don't feel right about those in regard to candida.

At this point I am preparing to do a strict candida protocol.

I am considering using inner eco Coconut kefir Probiotic again http://www.inner-eco.com/
I used it for a while and liked it but don't know how it fits with my Candida protocol.
I also used to use Coco Yo Yogurt (their kefir was too strong for me) http://www.cocokefir.com/

I also have MegaFlora by Mega Foods http://www.megafood.com/digestive-probiotic/megaflora
and
Saccharomyces Boulardii MOS by Jarrow http://www.jarrow.com/product/265/Saccharomyces_Boulardii_MOS

I am also interested in Probacto http://blog.probacto.com/ordering-shipping/
a product promoted by the author of a strict candida protocol I am preparing to do.

I have a health seeker friend who loves Forastor http://florastor.com/
but she specially feels it has helped her lactose intolerance. I don't think I have lactose issues so long as I drink raw or 'organic' grass feed milks but I don't eat dairy much anyway. Only right now am drinking a small glass of grass feed Skim with my probiotic before meals.

I know Consumer Labs https://www.consumerlab.com/reviews/Probiotic_Supplements_Including_Lact...

But I think you have to subscribe for their info and I am not sure it is not bias.

I wish there was a reliable source to compare probiotics other than just reading marketing and reviews from other. Still I wonder what you all think since I trust individual personal recommendations.

Do probiotics to fight candida need to be alternated daily, weekly monthly I am still learning the strict candida protocol I am preparing for.
