Tetracycline is known to directly stimulate the yeast-to-fungus conversion. Other than that, I think all antibiotics work the same. Both the antibiotic-resistant strains and the fungal candida will be present. With months of antibiotics, I would also look at a long list of other problems, such as immunosuppression or immune system dysregulation, DNA changes, low HCL and nutrient deficiencies, chronic intestinal inflammation, etc. The antibiotic-resistant strains along with the changes in intestinal and body function are probably creating the greatest amount of "noise" at the moment. One hospital study showed that the majority of people with systemic fungal candida were asymptomatic.
