Got my fillings removed 4 days ago and didn't do a liver cleanse yet. Got some dmsa powder for AC chelatio protocol.

Reading that the Liver Flush should take place before chelating, should I take a few more days to drink apple juice with some cilantro and chlorella and then do a liver cleanse and only start chelating 8 days after Amalgams removed or should I do the cleanse on the days off dmsa or forget about it??? Also is it a good idea to start chelating right after the cleanse?? And would cilantro and chlorella and vitamins work well with the dmsa??
I am generally in good health 25 years old scared of doing more damage then good but I think my poor mental health is due to toxicity so set on doing this...

Is I'd OK to wait a few days longer with chelation then recommended (4 days after amalgmam removal) as mercury is excreted by the new "lack of balance" ?_?

Would appreciate a quick response as i don't know what to do and feel time is of the essence... Also if there's any one who went through this who is k owledgable and willing to assist via e mail or Skype I would really appreciate it, this is dawnting!!
