hey matrix.. I actually smiled when you said you worried that I might faint.. one thing I learned.. which I actually learned already the first time I fasted... is to clean the gut well.. before fasting otherwise suffer horrible die off.. I got too excited on my Third fast.. and forgot that I actually I ate bad foods in between my fasts.. so.. perhaps the dizzy spell will help me remember to continue eating clean in between the fasts.. so I wont suffer much during the actual fasts..
