Thank you so much for your response. I am type 2. I was diagnosed last year and they put me on insulin. However, when I pay very close attention to what I eat my numbers are normal without insulin. I am hoping the Water Fast and weight loss will have a positive effect on the diabetes so I possibly won't need to use insulin and I can just take pills.
