Yes, I have heard MH say that many times...so that is why I eat avocado each day...digesting straight oil without a flush is really hard on me because of past IBD issues...avocado is the easiet to digest fat and it being a supreme plant fat makes it one of the most perfect foods for us.

I actually create a mini flush when I eat 2 avocados with squeezed lemon...I see stones...proving you can use any plant fat with citrus.

yes I also did the epsoms salt, Hulda Clark style...its aweful BUT it works...im only seeing like 50-60 stones now....considering I was seeing 1000 per flush the first few times I did it...this is flush #7
