i appreciate this answer very much. we're going to check his blood pressure tomorrow and if he's doing better i guess we'll continue but if not we'll absolutely transition to a juice/smoothie type of modified fast. i'm also going to contact a fasting center for advice like applecore said. thank you for your thoughful caring answer!
