I know how you feel. I have had a lot of those problems CFS, candida, and I have a bunch of food allergies . I think there is a couple things I have found that would help you. I found that I have Adrenal Fatigue try using Eleuthrococcus Senticosus Siberian Ginseng, I believe Adrenal Fatigue is the major problem with CFS, and getting plenty of sleep and de-stressing. Use Rosemary capsules for the Candida along with probiotics combined with Psyllium fiber(food for bacteria). Also avoiding any food allergies you might have and taking Quercitin, Bromelain, and Vitamin C.
