yeah I used to be duped by all these expensive tests... anyhoo.. at least I know where I stand from that angle.. but like you said I would rather put my money where it makes sense -- high quality food and herbs... and now I do not second guess my decisions anymore..

Much older than you -- I am 38 years old now.. based in Singapore but a native of the Philippines..

my relationships suffered a lot due to chemical imbalances,, and knowing what I know now.. I blame myself less.. less guilt trip.. I now have autism to blame..

I used to pour hours of research on how to chelate myself.. even did the Andy Cutler protocol twice.. but I got overwhelmed due to the time it requires and also the expenses..

then I found MH--- am a much better person now with cleaner gut and also much more self awareness..and acceptance of the things I can do and cannot do...

I would not say I am the intellectual type.. I was average in my graduating class-- but at work am always part of what they call the talent management pool...

but like you said always misunderstood in social situations.. I am not manic depressive, but I have certain behaviors that many find unusual but not entirely disturbing...

my mercury fillings was in my mouth since i was in grade school (Grade 3 or GRade 4 I think).. 2 molars on each side...

I only got it removed 2 years ago.. so imagine the havock..

anyways... thanks for the chit chat... lets all enjoy this journey to much better health.
