Hello! I agree with corncob- you probably should have a bit of protein in your diet. I'd say that you can probably add in a little bit of baked chicken or fish (unless you've found that these give you problems). If you really don't want to risk it for the first 30 days, maybe eat a bit of vegetable protein on the weekend. After the 30 days though, you really should add in some more nutritious foods, one at a time to see what is giving you symptoms. I personally don't think you should keep the diet this restrictive for more than 30 days as it could take a toll on your health. That being said, it's great that you've taken initiative and gone on a diet in the first place. Keep it up and keep us posted! Hope everything goes well for you! :)
