Thanks, Ginagirl. I took a couple days off and now today back on. Im trying to figure out how much swelling i have, or if I have a double chin!:) I feel good with the exception of the mild swelling. I went through some pretty intense/insane detox over the past 2 weeks, but now I feel I have a much more stable mood, more energy, deep sleep, pinker tongue, better focus, memory and less diffuse hair loss. Very curious to see what the next couple months brings. I almost want to get my mom on it, as I think she could benefit, however she is a little mentally unbalanced... Not sure she can handle it...
