..and thanks for your support! I still need advice on the diet part of being vegan, also... because I can't find any combo where I don't start to drastically lose weight unless eating 6-8T of Coconut oil and 3-4 avocados a day... so much fat...

...anytime I eat carbs such as canned black beans, any grains, or w/e... I have a rebound effect 1-2 hrs later where I'm severely hungry, severely fatigued, or both... and it's not blood sugar, because I've checked it at times like this, and it's anywhere from 95-110... keeping in mind I have a pretty substantial candida overgrowth... even after having cleansed my colon for the past two months... But anyways, benzo is the more important issue here.
