Try some research and reading, its quite well documented the relation between the two.

Interesting that a real MD has said your thyroid is off, as the references ranges are normally so wide most people with thyroid and adrenal problems are told they are fine unless its a clear cut case of almost 'near death!'..so for him to say that, it might be worth a referral to an endo?
