What was your starting dose when you took the cut down to 7.8mg?

Do your best to post an overview of your dosing history.

Do you take it once/twice/other daily?

Do you know/understand about the half-life of Valium? And how it affects the different symptoms & stages of withdrawal?

Remember, tens of thousands of people have made it through this - some had taken ultra-high dosages for decades. And the majority of those people had zero nutritional/herbal support. You can (and will!) make it through!
