This is a great post, one of the best I have read so far! I totally agree. Who are we feeding? The body or the worms? I believe bit may take months or more to make the body alkaline and thus an unlivable environment for the worms and also fumigating the body regularly with garlic and onions and other pungent herbs have helped me a lot. Seems like they are getting weaker and being starved hopefully will start to die off soon. I too like many others here are suffering greatly. And I found the diet change to be the first and most important step. Keep up the good work! And all best of luck to you!
