It was like 3 months late in the EU.

So it looks like I won't need much IF1 if any at all. I took 1 yesterday and it was a pretty strong laxative, but not too irritating as I had feared.

Two doses so far of IF2 and so far no problems.

I'm Hoping that it's going to pull off some plaque from my colon but we'll see, mine might just be inflamed and not impacted.

Also going to start coffee enemas again as soon.

Any ideas for lumbar disc problems/pain? I think mine is related to long term gall stasis and colon inflammation. Yes I read the Jensen book with pictures of plaque and associated spine relief.

Sitting down for more than 15 minutes at a stretch causes some pretty bad pain and also circulation restriction to my lower half.
