I used to take cellfood along with other supplements in an attempt to battle my candida and looking back I can say that it helped me a lot.I did'nt have vaginal thrush at all like I do now since I quit taking it.

I read some info about 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide recently and how it cures candida and this has me wondering what is the difference between Cellfood and Food grade hydrogen peroxide? Cellfood is more expensive which is why I had to stop taking it.

Just wondering if one is better than the other or if I can get the same benefits from the cheaper food grade hydrogen peroxide?
