I see a lot of good and helpful advices here. I'm getting certain i have some kind of toxicity - or bacterial overgrowth in my intestines. Because starting last monday I did 5 coffee enemas - one each day for 5 days, and it really helped me clear my skin, in a sense where it became really soft and smooth. However, I stopped doing them on friday, and it all came back over the weekend. I'm not sure how many days i can do the coffee enemas for, but i figured it's better to not do too many of them so I don't develop some kind of dependency of them.
