Do you think that lecithin has a considerable impact with strong cleaning the liver. I have read in some forums that lecithin alone does not have the ability to break the stones. What is your opinion to make the most effective and easy liver flush. Edgar cayce recommended drinking olive oil in the mornings. What amount do you recommend of olive oil
