Don't see any reason to do injections but I am no expert on the matter. You could start with just a few drops or dropper fulls in each nostril and chase it with orange juice or something else if the taste bothers you. That's my preferred way but wouldn't be practical if you were wanting to do UT fasting or consume larger amounts for specific reasons.
