Digestive enzymes are enzymes our stomach, small intestine, and pancreas make to digest food. Some people report decreased amounts of gas after using them/less pain/better bowel movements. However, not everyone gets results from them. I'm using some by klaire lab called vitazymes complete. It has a large range of enzymes (some like Beano don't, so consider getting something more comprehensive). I ordered them online.
