I have been researching this UT for months now. I am really confused, to say the least. Are injections better than drinking it? Also, I've also read that you can't start UT until you are alkaline. I have severe candida and tons of allergies that create mucous ad naseum. But I'm concerned I will not be strong enough to fast. I think you can still eat on the injections, but don't see how any of this is effective until you fast. Did everyone start with a few drops and work your way up?
