I think organic, raw milk is best. Heating destroys enzymes and nutrients.
It can be difficult to find someone who has the technique and neutrality to do muscle testing well. If the person doing the muscle testing thinks that a problem is due to something, it will almost always test out that way. To make muscle testing valid, you have to be willing to be wrong, and most people's egos don't like this aspect. I've found too many things in people that didn't show up in standard testing.
A good friend of mine brought his mom to me with symptoms of low back pain. She had been treated for cancer with a full course of chemo and radiation. Afterwards, the doctor gave her a clean bill of health. All hospital and lab tests were negative. Via muscle testing, I found that the cancer was spreading through her body still. They went back to the MD who once again assured them that she was clear of all cancer. She came back to see me 6 weeks later for the ongoing low back pain. Again she muscle tested as having cancer, but worse. They went back to the MD and insisted on more testing. Result - cancer had spread throughout her entire body. She died a couple months later. I've found hundreds to thousands of things this way over the past 29+ years, but I also find that most doctors who use muscle testing do a very poor job of it. Your experience and those of some of my patients seems to bear that out.
Over the past 10 years, I've gone back to the basics, studying more and looking at the research. I believe that it takes a well-rounded approach and you can't rely on any one approach. A doctor always has to be suspicious of all findings. Over-confidence can breed arrogance, and that should never take place at the expense of someone else's health. You have to always check it out.
When someone goes to see a doctor, the doctor should forget everything he knows and only let that which is applicable filter through, based on what the patients presents. He shouldn't use the patient's condition as a way to validate his beliefs. It should always be a process of discovery and exploration, tempered by common sense.
Whenever I lecture, I usually start out by saying that we know about 1% of what takes place in the body. Research papers are published every day bearing that out as long-held beliefs are constantly being over-turned. The best approach will always be to support someone's health in ways that allow the innate wisdom of the body to play the greatest role in healing. A good doctor can only facilitate this at best.
