I m following the plan, however, as I do not have an access to McCombs supplements, so I do try to use the same substances that are available in my country. When using antifungal, I follow the biofilm protocol (enzymes, after 30 min 10-undecenoic acid, after about an hour activated charcoal)
Unfortunately, it makes me much longer than couple of weeks, and I am still on the quite strict diet after 10 months of treatment. I do use probiotic for 8 months now. My digestion has improved a lot, so I suppose my gut flora is a little better now.
I started to rapisly maybe, but now I reduced the amount of fermented foods to one cucumber or 2 small pieces of carrot a day plus one tsp of homemade soy yogurt
I started feeling better today (still eating small amounts of fermented veggies and yogurt). Could that be a good sign, indicating it is rather die off than allergy?
