IME, the earthing mat cannot compete with actually being barefoot.

and as Micheal B pointed out a while back, seems to do wonders for etheric immunity.. to put it simply. relaxation and calmness are a sign of a metaphysical cleansing IMO of things that..do not belong. (BTW MB if u read this, any updates or grades with the Ghost trapperTM, mebethinkinbout makin one)

i.e. methinks earthing and ayahuasca sessions should go hand in hand.. and same with iboga

ive lit Palo Santo(an incense thats supposed to "clear out bad spirits") on an incense burner, filling up my whole place with its smoke, to then enter into a state of.... wholly.. tranquility, only to realize that i was actually exhausted and sleep deprived, while before hand, i did not feel as such, then sure enough the awareness of my fatigue started fading as the smoke did.. wtfshawty

then take into account an example in the story of the autistic hoarse boy, who, after some depossession and soul-retrieval work with some remote Mongolian shamans, sleept for like 16 straight hours, while beforehand he was considered manic and hysterical. then, outta nowhere when he woke up he started having actual 'social inclinations'..
