If your tablets are coming out like "bedpan bullets", it's a good indication you need to go on a good colon cleanse. Richard Schulze 's #1 and #2 formulas for a while is what worked for me. See what comes out. It took me 6 years, and hope it wont take you that long. The ascending and part of the transverse colon are a lot harder to clean out and may take a while. It's usually that the stuff really hardens on the colon wall. The #1 formula will soften it up and the #2 formula will peel it off the walls of your colon. From experience I feel this is your problem.

Are you taking ascorbic acid rather than the whole molecule of natural vitamin C? Ascorbic acid is m ore of a drug than anything else, because it's not the whole Vitamin C molecule. A resource I use for natural vitamin C is http://www.hopeforhealthusa.com
It's called C-Blast and is made up of camu camu and acerola cherry. See if they ship out of the country. It's real good stuff. If you can get the powdered stuff somewhere, that's good, too. Those berries or fruits are 2 good sources of natural vitamin C.
