I found it interesting the comments above about this coming on after a cold or flu.

If you read Hulda Clark documents, she clearly states that the Adenovirus (a cold) hides INSIDE both follicular mites, and dust mites. Pretty interesting. She goes on to say you should not eat of plates or glasses that have been sitting out for hours with dust all over them, especially if there are pets in the house.
