Your question just came up when I googled apple diet. I wanted to let you know that I cleared a very severe outbreak of eczema on my neck with 9 days of apple fasting. The second time that I had an outbreak was on my face - less severe, and I needed to combine the fast with a plant-based cream, but I managed to clear it too. The apple diet does work!
