Yes they do, but you need to take some time off, and accept that maybe the next 3-18 months will need to be dedicated to healing your metabolism. Everyones different, but you have to rest your system, start from scratch like Shay did, and work yourself up.....we have all been there in one way or another, I worked for three years while managing severe AF, then crashed completely and had to quite work.
