Most doctors are clueless about chemical sensitivities.
High histamine goes with low copper.
You have to learn to read labels on the food you buy.
Stop buying anything that is box, bottled, canned or pre-prepared in any way.
If you have "Accent" the Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) flavor enhancer...throw it in the garbage.
Folic Acid (folate) is chemically very like glutamate, and you may react to it.
Avoid Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) by any of it aliases.
go to http://www.truthinlabeling.org
for more information.
Never eat anywhere except home.
Prepare all you food from scratch. Fresh veggies etc.
If you still have a problem then you have to do an elimination diet. That may mean eating just one item all day. If it goes OK then add something else the next day etc. You will soon find out what is safe and what is not.
