Well, there is a bunch of things you can do depending how severe is your case. I had Depression and anxiety pretty badly, mentally was my worst symptom. I know someone that actually are pretty good and free of vaginal yeast infection after trying some home made kefir and sauerkraut. You cant put vinegar and has to be homemade. It is pretty easy to do and if you try dont take to much, go very slowly like just a teasponn or i think you gonna have a reaction. Send me a private mensage if you want a better answer. Bye.
