Thanks for all the replys but I mustay I am nfused somewhat,so can anyone tell me what should I purchase? Nasent and SSKI to make my own dose? Lugols5%? SSKI 2%?

What would y'all do? To get a good daily ratio of Iodide and iodine? Thanks much.
