it was just that my body seemed in balance, my eyes looked, well, better..healthy..and very clear..I might start out trying glutenfree again..but the radical change was just a diet as i described..very restricted..i wont want anyone else go try it..just like that..but its either my allergy ( grass allergy would include allergy to all grains) but i remember I was taking Zinc + Vitamin A when all this happened. I have taken Zinc before without changes..so Vitamin A is very very important in this.

what have your docs said about Vitamin A? was it because of your celiac or ??
