I had food allergy testing done and food sensitivity testing done - both blood tests. I was allergic to none but sensitive to several - dairy eggs both white and yolk corn asparagus plums yeast both brewers and bakers and a couple of others. Since eliminating from my diet along with gluten my tummy troubles are way better.I had the test done through a medical doctor - allergy and the food sensitivity through a Naturopath
