I agree with what you are saying to an extent, but I feel the gaba connection should be considered. Ashawaganda is a gaba antagonist, and once gaba receptors are reduced due to the constant increase in gaba from a gaba enhacing drug, the receptors no longer function properly..so when the gaba drug is removed, the brain has whats known as a glutamate storm, because the balance between gaba and glutamate cannot be balanced naturally. And it can take a LONG time for those receptors, and the balance, to come back online. There are lots of ashwa withdrawal stories on the web, I really believe that if its not already in your body, then why the heck would your body need it?
