For me, blood Sugar problems involves adrenaline rushes, internal shaking and vibrations, anxiety, panic when it gets far to low or far to high, also when its too high chronic back pain. Feeling of 'on the go like everythings fine all of a sudden, then crashing'

Food sensitivies are different, digestive problems, throat closing, sweats, breathing difficulities (definiately increased heart rate)..

1, there are stories to counter the use of those untested methods, you might hear good stories, but equally they have harmed many people, faith and I included

3, Food poisoning is a whole different kettle of fish, as you will be throwing up and having upset stomach, additives are never healthy anyway and can cause a toxic build up, that people like us are more sensitive too.
