I also have a problem to read certain posts about sickness.
Even though (or especially because?) I am sick myself.

In my case it is one aspect of my OCD. I cannot read about negative stuff too much, because I cannot get it out of my head again.

My naturopath gave me L-Theanine for that.

You are not alone in this, but on the other hand it is a health forum. So there are lots of sick people and some just give TMI. We have to try to find information that could help us and at the same time avoid postings that deal too much with the description of sickness. Good Luck.
