ec could possibly be a form of contact dermatitis which is triggered by allergies. so people it can be triggered by a allergy then turn into a chronic condition even once the allergen has been taken away... so you could be onto something... what do you mean come close to healing a few times and also how long have you been doing this treatment and are you useing moisturizer or just leaveing lips alone thanks in advance
