I'm not telling you that it's hygiene.. I know it's more than hygiene. but what i meant, is NOT to over scrub or over do something you may think will hide your odor. Doing so, may make the odor worse.

What are your sysmptoms??? Do you get constipated?? do you have chronic stomach problems??or do you smell when you get anxiety?? If you think you have leaky gut. you have need to go to a doctor!!!
