Wiregeneration - Are you suggesting doing a complete fast for 3 - 5 days? Oh man, I did that once before, using lemon and pure maple syrup, and it was hard. I actually thought about doing that, but lemon is NOT on the failsafe diet that I'm trying to follow. Which is too bad b/c it has many minerals needed right now. Other ideas?
