Vinegar at about a 1:3 ratio with water has always helped my candida rash. I put some in a bowl and pat it on with a face cloth. It dries it out, stops the itching and burning and seems to go away faster. I can't imagine it getting rid of candida by itself, though. Are you changing your diet and taking any anti-candida herbs? Improving hydration, stress levels, and getting enough sleep? Are you looking into the possibility of dietary allergens?
