I was on Vitamin C IV's I went from 20 to 25 units of vitamin C to 4O then straight to 65 within two weeks. I felt sick
my body felt like stress out feeling the first day then it passed, that was only the first time and then after that I was fine, except I had my very first cold in 10 years. The ND said, it is good for the body to get a cold to clean up all the garbage and it strengthens your immunity . A sauna or hot bath a few hours after an IV helps a lot
