I often take it with trader joes rice milk 5-6cups to 1tble moringa powder and ice. the 30seconds in the Blender. It is super refreshing and Yummy. Way better then nasty wheat-grass.
Well my hair was falling out from stress and Antibiotics for strep-throat. So it helped a lot. Just last week I was complemented by 2 strangers who said i looked too young to have kids. My kids are 20, I am 45 and i guess i look younger Moringa Good !!!
