MH,
HAY

I know Dr. Christopher says only use stainless steel and pyrex if we must cook something
OK

is there a way to get 100% stainless steel? what about ceramic pots?
CERAMIC IS EXTREMELY BRITTLE AND GREAT AS LONG AS YOU NEVER DROP IT ON A HARD SURFACE...

i just dont want to use aluminum or cheap stuff
I DON'T THINK ANYONE SELLS ALUMINUM FOR COOKING ANYMORE, IT WAS PHASED OUT QUITE SOME YEARS AGO....ALL ALUMINUM WOULD BE "COATED" WITH SOME OTHER NON STICK MATERIAL, ETC.....YET, CHEAP POTS MADE FOR "BOILING" STILL ARE MADE OF CHEAP ALUMINUM...

I dont cook but 4-5 times per week...but when i do i want the best

MOST ALL NON STICK CLADS SAY THEY DON'T PEEL OR POISON------AND TIME HAS PROVED THEY ALL END UP PEELING EVENTUALLY IF NOT SOONER....THOSE IN THE POT BUSINESS GENERALLY LIE ALLOT...YOUR LIFETIME PET IS THE VERY EXPENSIVE STAINLESS STEEL PROFESSIONAL QUALITY POTS AND PANS---------

ACTUALLY MY WIFE SELLS PAMPERED CHEF AND SELLS STAINLESS STEEL, CERAMIC AND A NEW DUTCH OVEN CALLED ROCK CROCK......AND SHE SAYS SHE WILL MAKE A GOOD DEAL ...SHE SAYS E-MAIL HER AT countrybaskets@earthlink.net and she can send direct to your house.....stainless has lifetime warranty.. rock crock 5 years and ceramic is 3 years...

whats your thoughts on cast iron?
NEVER, YOU WILL EAT METAL AND THE LAST MEAL OVER AND OVER.

MH

thanks
