Hey all,

I was wondering. I've been eating a lot of frozen veggies in the past, and didn't think a thing of it.

I have started to eat everything fresh, which I feel makes more sense... as it seems that when the frozen veggies thaw, they simply turn to mush and water...

...are frozen veggies lousy? I'd imagine the fiber is less intact. How about live enzymes?
