Everyone here will want to know what your diet is like. Other than vegetables and meat, what else do you eat? Be specific, as that is likely why you're still suffering.

Able, another board member, has a good diet plan that is strict and seems to work the best for many people, even people in your shoes. If you read some of the posts below yours, you will see a lot of talk about diet. and i'm sure Able will post soon and send you a link to his diet. once I went from a veggie, meat & fruit diet, to Able's plan, my tongue started clearing up much more quickly. i'm still not cured, but i'm close I do believe.
